Avreise torsdag ettermiddag 19/4 fra Kristiansand. (Kjører fra Farsund).
Overnatting i Ålborg

Reiser på fredag formiddag fra Ålborg til Lindow. Treningstart kl. 2000

Hjemreise søndag 22/4. Ferja er i Kristiansand mandag 23/4 kl. 0700.

Kostnader:

1500 kr som dekker buss og ferje
1000 kr som dekker leir, måltider i Lindow og 2 overnattinger.
500 kr for en ekstra overnatting i Ålborg
I tillegg kommer mat langs veien og lommepenger.

I flg Color Line begynner bussplassene på båtene å bli oppfyllt, slik at hvis vi venter for lenge blir det ingen tur. Interesserte bes ta kontakt så fort som mulig.

General Information

The IFK Germany organizes a trainingscamp with Shihan Liam Keaveney from 20st - 22rd April 2007 in Lindow (near Berlin). Lindow is a wonderful little town 60 kilometres north-west from Berlin and offers a nice region for the camp.

Accommodation/ food

The accommodation in the sports hotel inclusive 6 x food, training and sleeping from Friday 20st April to Sunday 22rd April 2007. The hole camp coasts 119,00 €. The training from friday to sunday takes place in a modern gymnasium. Further it’s possible to use the swimming bath and sauna (please bring swimming clothes with you).

Please bring with you all your pads.

Please make an appointment till monday the 6th april 2007. You can send an email to the secretary of the IFK Germany and let us know how many people will come and when you will come because we can organize a shuttle transfer.
